surrounding areas.
Step 2
Examine the flatness of the floor. If there are any uneven parts or depressions, carry out the necessary repairs to ensure a smooth surface for the new
flooring installation.
Step 3
Lay a floor mat or a moisture-proof membrane. This will not only provide additional cushioning but also offer effective protection against moisture, which is
beneficial for maintaining the quality and durability of the new SPC floor.

adhered.
Step 4
Finish the replacement by carefully adjusting the new panel to fit precisely into the original position so that it blends seamlessly with the surrounding panels.
How to verify the SPC floor is virgin material or recycled material ?
SPC locking flooring distinguishes between three types of material production: new material, mixed material, recycled material. Currently the highest quality is the
new material production, stable performance, production costs are also high. That how to distinguish, as follows:
1, Look at the color: spc bottom is generally spc substrate part, spc substrate is made of polyvinyl chloride resin
(1) high quality pure material color is beige;
(2) If the mixed material is used, the color is mostly gray, cyan, white;
(3) The color of recycled material is gray-black or black
(1) high-quality spc locking floor surface flat, no obvious color spots, clear pattern;
(2) and recycled materials and mixed materials spc locking floor appearance is not flat enough, after the flatness and fit is not good.
(1) spc substrate feel delicate, watery feeling.
(2) recycled materials and mixes feel dry, no moist feeling.
The floor is placed in a horizontal suspension, with a cell phone flashlight from the floor under the direction of upward irradiation, from the top of the floor can see the bright floor, is a good quality spc locking floor with good light transmission.
Find a sample, break the floor of the locking part, poor quality is very brittle, very easy to break, high quality spc locking floor locking has good flexibility, not easy to break.
As spc locking floor has substrate, color film layer, wear-resistant layer and UV layer, if the business labeling and actual measurement is 4.0mm, then you buy spc locking floor is probably only 3.7mm-3.8mm thickness. So the actual thickness is more than the labeled thickness of 0.2mm or so is sufficient spc locking floor.
After folding the floor, pull hard to see whether the surface color film layer, wear layer and UV layer and the substrate is not easy to separate between, not easy to separate is a high quality spc locking floor.
